Salt of the earth

Words are rarely enough. Words are barely enough. In fact if words were enough we would tell you when the rapture would take place. The answer is we don't know. Its not that we can't guess; but it won't help us to guess. Its not that God isn't having a rapture its just that he won't say. Its not that knowledge can't help because it does. Its just that knowledge won't cover the sea it will mix with it.

So lets say God said "Knowledge will cover the sea." Now I could look it up but lets just say it refers to salt. Now we don't want salt so thick it covers the sea. We would find it difficult to go anywhere and even if we walked on it the salt would burn us and our eyes. It would be horrible.

So if water covers the sea and knowledge covers the earth then maybe that makes a little more sense. It isn't Gods desire to spread salt all over the land. That would be a salty plain and it might be okay for Utah and Salt Lake but it wouldn't be okay for man.

So Salt is a blessing and age is of Wisdom and Wisdom is of the highest number in the land. Which simply means I speak in mystery.

There are things that I want to say and I do but with joy or hope. Lets say, for example, that God were on the way to us but wanted us to find something to help him. Lets say it was knowledge but it was specific knowledge. Now who on earth could find specific knowledge? The answer is it could be anyone but it would be someone who sought Him day and night.

It wouldn't be someone who sits at the computer all day or the television all night. It would be someone who prays. It would be someone who can speak. It would be someone who heeds God speak. Yet suppose you were the one with knowledge. Imagine you were a person God wanted to speak with but he couldn't. Not because of time but because of circumstance. So he would say taste a little knowledge with your olive oil. How does that work? By finding a salt pill.

Salt is a mystery to us. Imagine that there was a store house of knowledge in sea salt. Imagine that people lived on it day after day and it helped them understand. Imagine we threw out salt because we said it was worthless. So we took the knowledge of salt and we stripped it of its natural worth and turned it into artificial worth. Now I've mentioned this once before in another of my writing but I want to say that man has delivered salt to us without any of the nutrients involved in its creation.

Salt comes from the earth and we are men who want it free. Free salt is meant to come out of the earth. Some of it comes from Michigan and some from below Detroit. It comes from below Kansas City and it comes from Texas. It is found in South America and it is found in Israel near the Dead sea. Elisha sprinkled salt on the Dead Sea to help bring life to it. That is why salt is part of our history and part of our guide to healing.

So far God has guided me on a trip of knowledge. It is based on understanding of things He created and things He wants us to find so we might have life. We negate it because Jesus came to bring us to life. But we are still in a sinful body. It is better to be in the safe zone then to toss out these things.

So how then does a person find natural salt? Most health stores would carry it. But the real nature of salt isn't just its natural side but its benefit to the mind. Not a huge amount but some salt is essential for our mind to operate. Sin comes and steals our salt and then our mind doesn't function as it should. We are left helpless to understanding. This means we are helpless to find it and helpless to receive it.

So lets say this knowledge is priceless but we get it here for free. Mainly because I have no way of receiving money. I don't say that to ask just to let you know as a disabled man I am limited to $1000 a month. Any more then that, minus a certain percentage of wages I earn, which at present I don't, and I am docked that amount.

It is the way the Government assures that I don't make money and then abuse the system as some might.

Salt continues to be a critical part of our brain. And it is essential for its nutritional abilities. It is one of the additives to food but they use artificial, as in salt without the critical ingredients that nature added. Nature is part of the history of the salt and part of the history of men.

Salt is like a tree and it is part of the root. We are part of the nature of the root which is the love of money. That part is evil but money isn't. So if I said that money is part of my thorn because I am always struggling to make ends meet then that is true. If I said that money is a blessing then that is true. If I said that salt added to a root will kill the root then that is true. If the root is the love of money then I will throw out knowledge. But knowledge that is of Sin.

So how then do I become wiser? By giving my body to salt. By cleansing myself with it. By receiving it as a sacrament of life. How? By eating it with my food. It isn't meant to be taken every single day. It is meant though to be added to our foods. It won't affect the flavor but it would affect the nature of salt. Salt will not pour when it is viable. It isn't Morton's Salt with their slogan of "When it rains it pours." They took out most of the viable nature of the salt in order to make it pure and white. That isn't meant to be a curse as I think it can be a good salt. Just by being pure. Most people don't care if its pure and some salt does come to us simply by life. It is all around us and in our food. But if we needed that extra boost then eating it and scrubbing with it would be two ways of getting it. And that would be a blessing to our body.

As to the mind it is necessary to keep praying to overcome sin. Don't give up on prayer even when it seems to be hard or you hear yourself say "This is stupid or this is worthless." Believe it or not that is not you but the voice of sin. It usually comes after you've given it a good shot. Just remember salts logo that when it rains it pours. Good salt is pure and able to be free but sometimes it is essential to have additives which were part of the salt. Now some are of rock and its important to recognize that. Yet most rock salt is of God. It is meant to be pure and of salt and able to be moved. Moved means from shaker to shake free. So if this is a battle over knowledge then I am of the persuasion that I am on the move. I shake because I am dealing with a spiritual battle over the mind and body. I shake because men call it disease but in reality it is a war with a body of sin. A body that sooner or later has to submit. Because it is a stumbling block and it is the source of problems. Not for me alone but for all people.

Well, I speak of sin and that is for all people. If I were the source of all evil then I would be bad. In truth I'm just a man who strives to overcome with prayer to God on a daily basis. That I might honor and please him.
