The big glory will come

The world is about to change. It is about to go through transformation after transformation. I know because I get to play a role in the coming change. And if that sounds strange remember that I've been writing about it for months now. I want to see it come and I want to be there when God is ready to reveal what He plans to do. And if you study these pages you'll see that I've been writing both personally and also in other ways.

In a previous note I had mentioned needing money for a home. That hasn't come in yet though I was blessed. And sometimes being blessed is a sign that God is on the ball. And that means God isn't giving up on me being blessed. Even if that blessing wasn't the main one it was a blessing especially for me. And that is part of the story which God is going to prepare. Not just for me but for you. Especially if you are excited about the coming.

As I've said before the Lord has big ideas. He isn't interested in raising up just men. Now it is true the Bible states that we who are alive and remain will be caught up to be with the Lord. But who is the we? Isn't it also true that God spoke of the creature? And if the creature is something we have spoken of then it is part of Gods desire.

So lets say that we mentioned the Ent. The Ent isn't spoken of as such but it is part of our language. Think of Ent in our word and that is part of our history. We enter the word into entrance and enter and entropy and entire and even Entish if you are a Tolkien fan. I am. I enjoy his work and I wonder if he lives in Heaven does he think of writing another set of books? And if CS Lewis writes what would he write? A set of Narnia 2 books?

Lets just say that men in Heaven know these answers. Some might want to rest and some might want to learn. Those who learn are those who grow and if God is helping me grow by learning then they too will want to grow. So lets just say growing means writing. And maybe not everyone wants to write but writers do. And thus the library I desire is to be part of Heaven. For if they grew on earth because of God then imagine the world as filled with books beyond measure. And that would be Gods desire.

And if books are cool and I want to believe they are, then imagine that God wants books to be part of the whole universe. And lets say the sea is covered by knowledge.

Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Now it is true it refers to like the waters cover the sea. I was looking at the Pacific ocean a little while ago. I was amazed at how far things are apart in the ocean. Water is everywhere. And yet if we are part of knowledge that means knowledge will be like the sea. It will be everywhere. And that means I can study it as I desire without worrying that I'll run out of knowledge.

The Glory of God is the glory of things. And God is going to receive the glory and Glory of things which are yet to arrive. We may know some but God reserves glory and Glory for Himself. And so God knows me and knows my heart. And in some ways I fight with knowledge. But God isn't going to fret if I make a mistake on glory vs Glory. I tend to overemphasize capital letters even more then people in the Bible did. I think its because I want to make sure that I get it right. For future historians if they emphasize capital letters be free to write God but glory with a small g. It isn't meant to be a law. Laws are written to help not to hinder. God has glory and the big glory will come when it arrives to take us up to heaven. Now I have written Heaven all along but I want to emphasize that heaven is just as real as Heaven. It is that I write of Heaven as a place, like a city. And the city is set up to become part of a temple. And the temple is the Holy Mountain of the Lord.

I believe it is part of what Jesus has. Think of it as having the ability of the later designs of the starship Enterprise. There was the lower section which had the main power but there was the saucer section. And that was for the families. So if Jesus were coming with power he would have the lower section. That is if the lower section were of power. However if he had the power section and that was the Holy Mountain then imagine that he would be the chief engineer. That is because scripture says his train fills the temple. And that is a train that has the ability to chug in and out of the mountain. That is scriptural. And if scripture can tell us a train moves in and out of a mountain then that sounds like a tunnel. Of course a tunnel is an entrance. And entrance is like entrance or to put us in a trance. So if we are part of that which entrances then we are part of that which is being prepared to enter in.

So lets imagine that God is going to help us by preparing us to be in the train which God is preparing. That train is meant to be of the first things which are brought to the Lord in his station. And that is his station of life. So if Jesus wants to see the first things then that is something God has the ability to move up to the front of the line.

And if that is part of the story then some of us might be lifted up. And that would mean we would vanish and then reappear when we have been prepared.

For if Jesus is returning with saints then who is to say that those saints were not ones that had died? After all who better to greet us then our loved ones who passed? Wouldn't it be cool if there were people there that we loved? I know I had a dream of Gregory Peck and another woman. They were in a giant balloon flying across a sea filled with buildings that were similar to some of our best architecture. Except they were like islands. And some of the buildings were literally sunk into the sea. The colors of this dream were intense and beautiful. There were pure clouds so white and seas so blue but soft and not harsh.

I know this was a dream of heaven. And if God has people like Gregory Peck there then perhaps he is preparing me for things yet to come? Maybe he was a favorite star in Heaven and heaven as well. Maybe there is a reason why they are called watchers? Can you think of any time in history when men sat and watched a box? I know my dreams show me with boxes waiting to be opened. I went through hundreds and yet there are more then that waiting from God. And if He shows me things that are real then I would be like a kid. Waiting to read letters and waiting to see things God has prepared. And if these are things that are calling each of us then who is there that doesn't want messages from God? After all if the President were knocking on your door wouldn't you want to let him in? Especially if he had the secret service standing by you when he knocked. For that is the angel who is guarding you and protecting you. Each of us has an angel who watches over us. Mine is here and he is big. I speak by faith but I know he is here. He is part of my life and part of my story. And God wants me to know that I have an angel. At least one. And if he tells me that I have more then I do.

And so if you want to know why it is because sometimes you listen to advice. And sometimes you don't. Now it is true you could be on the same path you follow every day. And it could be that you get in an accident. And sometimes you don't.

Last Wednesday on the way to Therapy there was an unusual set of events which helped protect me against a vast collision on Deerfoot. There was a path I always follow and usually do but this day I slowed down and got behind three trucks, the first being a semi. And that semi was part of the accident which I would have been in. On that day I said "No, its too messy. I won't speed up and pass the semi." A good 50 plus percent of the time I do. But behind me was a smaller truck, at least proverbially smaller, and he wanted to go first. And he was a major part of the accident. He wasn't hurt and thankfully the two major cars that got crunched, only one got totaled. And the girl in that car was not hurt to my knowledge. I do know that I was one of two vehicles that was able to move ahead afterwards because it shut down the three lanes of traffic. If I had been first I may have made it. I could have. But what if on that day I heard the voice that said "Slow down" and I did. I moved very slowly and patiently over but in a way that was awkward. Yet it may have saved my life.

So in a way this is part of life. We know that there were things that happened that day to help me. God is with me. God is going to lift us up. I know this is going to be different but He wants me to know that I am helping and I am making a difference. And if this is part of my story then you also have a part to play. Don't give up. Remember God is with you. And remember even if I vanish don't give up. God may be preparing a few of us so we can help with the wedding. And some of us may be prepared to remain here during the time of trouble. We'll have to wait and see. Just remember that God isn't going to make you wait much longer. He is going to deliver. And that means in a day or two you'll see it.

And that means in a time when you expect give it fair due. For out of this will come good things. And God will bring it to pass even if circumstances say "No way". Until next time remember that God is still there and on the throne. And that is a good thing to know.
