Rapture 84
The Song that leads us to Paradise
April 23, 2007
Joel Akin
We are in a final day of accounting. The Lord is about to arrive and it is the rapture. The rapture is still on and is still part of the story I am writing. God doesn't change and he is still happy to report that November 30 of this year is the year of the Lord and His return. And if you struggle with the day remember that the day of the Lord is as a thousand years. And if God returns and doesn't speak for the first few days, well, that would be cruel. So lets say God doesn't speak because He is well and is on the way. And when God is in hyperspace its hard to get through. And so if God is far off, and Heaven is, then remember that it took a long time to reach those on earth. And if the hyperspace makes you laugh then remember God is really part of a hy and mn. And if the hy is part of the hy part and the mn is part of the low then remember those in a choir. They sing with joy and they sing with peace and they sing with life. And those who sing do so because they know that the Alto and the Bass and the Soprano and the Tenor are glorious together. And if they sing with praise the sound of it is pure heaven. And if the sound of the angels adding up their voice is beautiful then remember God is more then capable of speaking. He just likes to listen. And sometimes in listening He spots the fault. And if the fault is the sound of the choir and it is off key then it is up to God to find the key and bring it to those who need it. And that is the Lord. For the Lord is the key and the key isn't just of men and doors but of music. And music of the Lord is the key to life.
And so if I tend to go on and on it is because I am listening to the three tenors singing. I don't understand the words but I can enjoy the voices. And they sing with joy and with passion and with high notes only a tenor can reach. Of course I know Alto and Soprano can also reach high notes but I speak of a man. A man tenor is a man who reaches to the heavens and to earth with a song of passionate life. And if that song reaches up to hyperspace then maybe it is beautiful as well.
Now life is filled with mystery though if I take tea or t out of the word it is misery. And if I laugh it is because I wonder sometimes if someone likes to move my t around. And that is what brings me joy. Knowing that God laughs and God loves and God cares. For God is there with me in a way that is of life. He is the one who laughs and joins in with the missing t. And if misery loves company then image this. What if God is at the beginning? What if we as a people are being brought back to the beginning? What if sin and evil and all things are remaining behind? What if the Holy Mountain of the Lord is still in the garden of Eden? And what if those who go to the Holy Mountain do so because it was never infected by sin.
Now some would add that seems sad. Not because it isn't true but because it happened. It was part of the history of life and part of the story we as men had to help restore. For though we want there to be a happy ending it is the Lord who said "The end is for those who want an end." And if we think of it we don't speak of the ending in a movie but the ending to which evil wants for they will have their end. Only it will be a permanent end to which only God could think. For if there was a permanent end we don't think "I wish that one could go on forever." And so we dream and it becomes a reality. And if the dream is of the Lord then God sends us the list of things we desire. And if it becomes real then it becomes a dream of things.
So lets say that I dream of home. And Heaven is at the beginning. What happens to those things of this age? Lets say that those things which are of knowledge are carried back and those things which are vile are thrown into the sea. And thus God sorts those things so we need not be ashamed. And when we arrive there in Paradise/Eden/Heaven/Heaven 3 and so on God will restore us with the Fruit of Life.
And if we think "God, I like the year 2007." Then God might let us stay there but not in a bad way. For we men would like to know "How does it work?"
Lets begin with a thought. Imagine God wanted me to move. He said "I have a home for you in Lethbridge." But the door to Lethbridge doesn't open. I am thinking "I made a mistake." And yet God has already opened the door only I can't get there because it was in the past. Now that seems foolish because that would mean we are living already but we can't see ourselves. Otherwise we are passed on to another glory in another world. And yet if that is true then who is going to move us? The answer is we are part of the history of things that were. We are part of the story that was. We are part of the life that was. And so this era will be turned into the most wondrous of times. It will become the best and the most wonderful of time. And that is because if we stop worrying we will see that we are on the right path.
Now I'll stick with Lethbridge and state that God has seemed to indicate that it is the home for me. So lets say that Leth means Freedom and thus the bridge part is for us to cross. And if Lethbridge is freedom bridge then one side represents now and the other represents the future. Only that future is the beginning and it is the future I wish to visit. So part of me thinks "I'm watching myself as a future historian." And maybe that is true but I am not worried because I am me. And that part of me isn't existing yet. It isn't the part of me that sees the future and the past together. It is the part of me that is healed and not worried about how God is going to work it.
Lets speak a moment on worry. Worry is part of anxiety and anxiety is part of sorrow and sorrow is part of pain. And if we have pain then evil wants it. Now evil is evil because it is the creation of things that were made by God. God made evil. It is scriptural. Only we choke on that phrase so lets say that sin took evil and made it what we call evil. God originally intended that evil be a part of his creation which restored health. When sin took evil he tried to break it. He tried to turn it into something that would restore himself. He was an evil man and that meant he had been healed by those things which he tried to destroy. They were part of the l or the la or law of God depending on which age you speak of. There were those who wanted evil and those who wanted to be of it. For they saw if it healed then it was part of the desire God had for men. The problem is they wanted it so they could control what it did. And thus they could charge men fee or tax and thus we were taxed by pain. We could overcome by submitting to sin or by giving in to evil. Evil meant we cried for death and death was an angel but not of God. Remember Jesus had to fight death in order to rise up from the grave. He conquered death but death still exists. It isn't that we can overcome on our own. We need Jesus to help us fight that spirit.
The good news is God is going to deliver us from the foe. And death will be no more. And the angel of death was sin and he was the evil spirit that killed the Egyptian youth. God saw it and wanted it only as a last gap. And that meant he had sin on earth but he did not want it in control. It was there and it was the Angel of Death and yet that spirit is still in the earth.
Now there are things about death and Death that are different. Death was in the tree and Death was a spirit. Now Jesus was the spirit of life and yet of his nature there was that which was of life and death. He came to men and yet he came as a being who had both life and death. To put it into perspective Jesus aged. And aging is part of the curse. If Jesus had lived it would have meant he would have aged. And that wasn't what he wanted. So he gave of the best of his youth and allowed himself to be vanquished. And that vanquishing was so men might have life. Yet if Jesus suffered remember he is spoken of as being with white hair. And white hair for someone in their thirties isn't of fashion. It speaks of shock. And Jesus suffered a huge shock. First was being crucified and then was being in the presence of those who were the most vile spirits you can imagine. They were not just there to tempt but to try to kill. And so Jesus had to fight his way down to hell and to the grave and at the same time find a way to fulfill a promise to be there in Paradise with the thief. And if that seems hard it was because one thief wanted to be of things to come and the other of things that were. Which meant he went to hell with one thief to try and change his mind and the other to try and heal his mind.
And that was part of the story of things which are yet to come. For now we'll say the white hair is part of shock and yet Jesus will be healed of it when man is totally healed of sin. And that means every man who refuses has to suffer the torment of hell and the grave. And that means if you beg for death be careful who comes knocking at your door.
Now I will add it won't be hell compared to what it was. Some might say that is a bad thing but as one who has suffered I can say that I don't want men to suffer endlessly. You might say it is an appropriate sentence for the evil people in this world. I won't say people don't need punishment but remember as one who has suffered that hell is the key to life. It is those who suffer who are the ones who had a chance. For they are there to learn and to grow. Otherwise there is no reason for God and for Christ to have been there. Remember David said "Even in hell thou art there" or something close to that. I just know hell is part of the nature of things which may have to be changed in a way because it will be cast into the lake of fire. And that speaks of some kind of change.
Now the bible speaks of eternity but there is an obscure passage I read once that speaks of the kings suffering torment until the time came for change. And if there is a place of torment until they change think of it as God who allows men to suffer in order to burn out the evil nature. And if evil goes into a man and he is of God then God allows a man to suffer in order to learn. Christ went to hell because he was the one who had to bear sin. Yet he was so pure he was able to overcome.
Lets imagine if sin hit a Christ-like man today with the same power he hit Christ. If the man were to survive he would have to pray for healing. The only way to survive would be to endure and that is part of history. For those who were in scripture, especially those of prophetic heart were called out of the mainstream. And they were hit by sin and sometimes so hard they thought they were going insane. In a way it is part of history and history is part of the story and the story is that men misunderstood what sin was. It was possible to walk without sin but sin was in the world. And thus the world became an oyster. And men sought for the pearl and the pearl was them. And when they opened up the oyster they found a pearl. And the pearl was the part which was of great price. For it cost them a lot of time and pain to reach for the oyster.
Today we make it easy but in some ways it will be the cultured pearl which we desire most because culture is that which is the desire of most of us. So lets say that if God has his way the culture will also be part of things but not all things. For if evil had a flair it was in that it could be of nature. And nature really did have an uncertain nature. And that was the flair of things. Sin was the nature of things that were certain. He was an evil and a Gen which meant a beginning. But his beginning wasn't good it was bad. And so evil became bad and not a good thing. Thus when God restores us we will still be here. We don't have to worry about moving back in time only about being on time. For God will change us and we are the part of the story which is to help heal. For we wonder "What is the fight we have with sin? And is it different?" To answer that would be to reveal but God is going to help. So in this is a mystery.
If Christ were the answer to men then what was the answer? For if men were to have life then what life are we to speak of? We say it was to free us from death but lets suppose we still were suffering? And lets suppose that were to have continued for another thousand or two thousand or more years? Would you wonder if there were an answer? Suppose I were to provide one for you? Would that bother you? Suppose I were to say I helped overcome what could not be beaten because I found an answer. And that answer was God. And God sought me out but I sought him out.
It was as God put it to me last night while I was praying. Imagine that the world was filled with men and each man was asleep. Jesus came to give them life and that happened. But they still were sleeping. So God came and tried to teach us but all of us slept on. And we slept like sleeping beauty and we didn't know that we could not hear. And so God said "I have to put them in hell for a day." And that was to those of faith because they could not hear. And so we suffered because we did not listen. And we suffered because we could not hear. We were blind and deaf and dumb and we did not know it. We all heard that God was returning and that was because he was. Only he was returning because of one person. One person who fought so hard God said "I have to find a way to help." And so I became part of history and history is what I did. I don't claim to be better then anyone. I did what was the only thing I could do. I heard. And in hearing I learned and that story is one God will help repeat. And it is partly my story. And if that bothers you then pray. Because there are still parts open. And if you pray then you are part of the story.
Rapture 84 Part 2

Joel Akin
Numbers 22:26 And the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where [was] no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.
What does it take to turn? If we turn to the right or to the left the angel of God is there. If we are to find a way out of the mess we are in then the God of Heaven will have to intervene. For there is no path which I can take. All ways like the ass and the man are the path to which there is none. And so if the creature is given a voice and asks “Why do you beat me” then Baalam might say “You will not obey.”
And thus the path forward is blocked. It is blocked and there is none who see. For the path is filled with an angel who is not seen. And the way which we pass is blocked. And so if the Lord would send a path to open it would be of Him. For the Lord would say “Do not fear for I am with you.”
And so the path of life is filled. And I am waiting upon God for the word.
In the night I was broken. In the way I was hurt. In the sea I was carried. In the home I was there. I was there for you and I was there in you and I was there with you. I am God.
I set you apart and I set you above. I set you through and I made a way. I am the Lord and I see you. I hear you. I know you.
I did not pass away nor did I faint nor did I turn. I was there for you and I was in you and I was with you. Now listen to me as I speak for I will speak in a way that is right.
I was with you when you were little. I was with you when you were small. I was there when you filled the day with joy and I am with you always. I did not cast you off nor did I see you little but I carried you through.
And now though the storm is carried and the storm is marring the day you hold just remember I am there. I haven’t left nor do I cast you into the sea. I did not pass you in the hall nor carry you away but I was with you in the day of trouble.
And some may say this is the word of a man and some might say this is the day of a man but I am a man. I am God but I am a man. I made myself to be a man and I am God. I created man and I am a man. I do not shame you with misery nor do I share with you the darkness but I bring you to my light.
And so I would share a word for you. Remember that I am God. I set the shadow and the day. I made the earth and man from clay. I built up a world of life and I made a world to see. Yet in the day of trouble I was there for you and in the day of life I made a way. And in a time of trouble I was there. For I am God and I am the way. I made a way and I am the way. I made you and I set you apart that I might be honored. And I made you to see. I made you to see. I made you. I made you to be. I made you. I made you to be. I made you to understand and to see. I made you so you might know that I am God. I made you so you would see. For in the light of my light I am liberty. In the light of my love I am here for you so you might be. And if this is the sound of a man then it is the voice of He who is the song. And in the voice of one who writes it then let it bring forth. For in the fore and the aft and in the light of things. Let there be a war of men. For it is not they who hold me but it is thee. For in thee is a man I love. And in thee is one I see. And I would say that I have met a friend who is building up a life. A life who is filled with fruit. And a fruitful man is one I have created from a tree of life.
And the life of men is the fruit I make. In the fruit there is life and in life I create all things for thee. All things are made for thee. So be free and have fun. Give to life the joy of things. Give freedom the hope and give life the freedom and give life to those who come fore and come towards the light. For in this is the day of things that I showed you would come. That in this is the day of life. And in this is the day of things. And in this is the light of those who are to see.
For in this is the light and in these things I see. For a man has helped me write what no one could. For I wrote it out and I carried it up and I spoke it forth. And men in Heaven said “We see.” And there is a conundrum of the heart who will say “I was he.” And he will be a friend and he will share with you the mystery of things. And he will come to you who is a man and he will say “I was the ax. And I was the heart. And I was the man they call hope and joy and life.” And if there is someone in Heaven who is not there at that day remember that I said this to you. For in that day there will not be one who has not said “I understand.” For in this is the blessing of life. That I wrote for you a song and it is the song of the Lord. For in it is the blessing of the Lord.
And so I wrote the song and I carried it to you. And you wrote it back with a song. For if you carry a mystery and if you carry a song. Then carry it to the Lord and share it with me. For if I weep in the day and in the hour then God knows I sing with you. For I am a man who weeps and I am a man who prays. I have not sought for praise but for honoring the Lord. I have praised him in my heart and I have praised him in my thoughts and I have praised him. For He alone is the Lord and He alone is God and there is none like He. And if I speak to those who will come and in day to come and in hours yet to speak I would say “Be at peace.”
For the peace which passes understanding is the gift of the Lord. Do not break it for it is beyond the price of rubies or precious stones. Do not break it for there is none but God who can restore it. Do not break it for it was created by Wisdom. For in the Wisdom of the Lord there is peace. And in the Wisdom of God there is freedom. For God would say that the peace which passes understanding is the peace to wile an hour beneath a willow tree with a cane pole. And it is there with Huck and Tom that they’ll settle down and perhaps not spend so much time creating trouble. And if there is a cave it won’t be filled with trouble and if there is a stream it won’t be dammed by those who want just a simple blessing of a waterfalling across the stones.
And if there is life in life remember this that God doesn’t cast off. He knows the heart and he knows the life and he created you. He knows that sorrow is the day and that sorrow weeps. Yet if the willow is the life of the stream it trails behind with its hand. And it creates quiet turbulence. And that stirs the sand and the sand creates a word and it would be pass on by. So let this day be filled with hope. Give it. For it is the life of this which will bring men to their knees. And it is this word which God gives to men who pray.
